Catherine Harrison is a highly experienced teacher. With 20 years of experience, Cathy can help improve your mental health, physical self, flexibility and balance, through gentle progressive yoga.

"After being diagnosed with Lupus, I was offered medication that I really did not want to take. I decided to look for alternatives to help me and found that Yoga was perfect. I studied at the international Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) in St. Leonards for 18 months. Since then, I have built on my personal health with research into womens' health. This extra knowledge has grown my passion in Yoga and its benefits which I decided should be shared through classes."
