If you are curious about yoga, or would like to enjoy a slow, mindful yoga practice, please come and join us for a class. These classes are especially suitable for beginners and seniors. We guide you through, progressive exercise, breathing practices and relaxation/meditation techniques to enhance your health and well-being. Our poses can be modified depending upon your ability. These classes are a fantastic starting point, with no sign up fees, contacts or hidden costs. Only pay for the classes you attend.
